Purpose of the Meeting

The City of Glendale has designated 16 city-owned parcels—including the parking lots near Mountain & Verdugo—as surplus land under the Surplus Land Act (SLA) and is proposing to rezone them for high-density housing (up to 50 units/acre) under the City-Owned Residential Overlay (CORO).

Join us to:

• Hear from City staff about the surplus designation and CORO proposal
• Ask questions and share your concerns
• Help shape a community response before these plans move forward

This may be our only opportunity to engage directly with the City and influence decisions about land use, open space, and neighborhood character. Your voice counts!
