To best print the RSVP forms as a single page using the Microsoft Internet Explorer, set the Page Setup as follows:
1) Left click on the File menu in the upper left hand corner of the Internet Explorer window.
2) Then, left click on the "Page Setup..." item in the menu list that appears.
3) Then, set each of the 4 values in the Margins box of the Page Setup window to 0.25".
4) Then, left click on OK to complete the setup.
